1. The parties
"We", "us", "MLGround" means YEMYEL (OPC) Pvt Ltd, a One Person Company incorporated in India with its registered office at 3rd Floor, HM Towers, 58 Brigade Road, Bangalore 560001. "You" means the individual or legal entity accessing the site or using a service.
2. Acceptance
By accessing or using the site you confirm that you are at least 18, legally able to enter into a binding contract, and that you accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the site.
3. The service
Through this site we offer:
- Information about MLGround and our case studies.
- A means to contact us and book introductory calls.
- Access to our hiring portal at
people.mlground.com.
Paid client engagements are governed by a separate Statement of Work signed by both parties. These terms apply to the site itself; the SoW controls in the event of conflict on a specific engagement.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the site without our prior written consent.
- Scrape, crawl, or harvest content at a rate that materially impacts other users.
- Upload viruses, malware, or any content you do not have the right to share.
- Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.
We may suspend or terminate access without notice for any breach of this section.
5. Intellectual property
The site, its design, the MLGround name, the YEMYEL name and all original content are owned by YEMYEL (OPC) Pvt Ltd and protected under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957 and the Trade Marks Act, 1999. Nothing on the site grants you a licence to use our trademarks.
You may link to the site, quote short excerpts (with attribution), and share our public case studies. You may not reproduce the site in full or build derivative products from its content.
6. Content you submit
When you submit a brief, an application, or any other content, you keep ownership of it. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely to provide you the service you asked for. You confirm that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.
7. Third-party links and services
The site embeds and links to third-party services (e.g. Cal.com, Google Maps, our hiring portal). We are not responsible for the content or practices of those third parties. Their terms and privacy policies apply when you interact with them.
8. No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties - express or implied - including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, MLGround, its directors, officers and employees will not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising out of your use of the site.
Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the site (other than for a paid engagement covered by a separate SoW) is capped at ₹10,000 (Indian Rupees ten thousand).
10. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, damage, loss or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these terms or your misuse of the site.
11. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
12. Changes to the terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always posted here. If we make material changes we will display a notice on the site for at least 14 days. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.
14. Grievance redressal
Complaints about content or service may be addressed to our Grievance Officer per Rule 3(2) of the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021:

We will acknowledge complaints within 24 hours and resolve them within 15 days.
15. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any SoW you may have signed, constitute the entire agreement between you and MLGround.
